BUSINESSPLANHUB DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between BusinessPlanHub ("Processor") and you, the customer ("Controller"), governing the processing of personal data carried out through the BusinessPlanHub service.

The Processor will process personal data only on the documented instructions of the Controller, apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and assist the Controller in meeting its obligations under applicable data protection law.
